The yardstick to be used here would be those target phrases that are highly popular and are giving lower competition. Each phrase, preferably containing two to three words, can be used within your content. It is important not to use phrases that do not relate to your industry.

(4) Application of keyword phrases

Use a keyword phrase for each page of your site. This is for the purpose of search engine optimization. Always ensure that you write keyword-rich titles and metadata for each page. You may put the keyword phrase to repetitive use but within limits inside your content, purely for the purpose of getting better results with search engine optimization.

(5) Submission of your site

Submit your site to the top search engines such as Google, Yahoo! and MSN for the purpose of indexing by them. Submissions are normally free of charge. This enables your site to gain visibility and traffic in due course.
